I was nominated today by a fellow Albertan & blogger, Sarah of Nurse Loves Farmer to participate in the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS. I accepted the challenge, made my donation & took the plunge!
I know the internet is saturated now with videos of the Ice Bucket Challenge, but let’s look past the whole thing of people dumping or attempting to dump buckets of ice cold water on their head. It’s for ALS which is a debilitating disease that is incurable & leads to death. I have known people affected by this terrible disease, and to them, I dedicate by challenge.
