Today is Cow Appreciation Day. On our farm, everyday we appreciate our cows. We care for them and feed them everyday. We appreciate watching them graze peacefully in green pastures under blue skies. Although many of our animals are slaughtered for food, we recognize that, and appreciate the animal for it. It is a hard subject, I admit, but cattle have been raised for centuries for food, and on our farm, we will continue. So today, and everyday, I tell my cows
“Thank You for all you do!”
